Gewurztraminer Kolbenhof Alto Adige DOC - Tenuta J. Hofstatter

A Gewurztraminer from Tenuta J. Hofstatter, with a straw-yellow colour and light golden reflections. The nose shows white flowers, delicate spice, peach and apricot, kept in balance between intensity and lightness. The palate is soft, with gentle juiciness and a clean, pleasant finish; acidity is present but not intrusive. It suits savoury appetisers, more aromatic fish dishes and light ethnic cuisine, and can also be enjoyed on its own as a conversation wine or at informal aperitifs. Serve cool to highlight the aromas.
