An aromatic white wine from Trentino. Rose petals and lychee mingle with light citrus notes and a gentle sweet spice that adds depth without dominating. On the palate it is intense yet balanced, with a rounded mouthfeel, measured freshness and a savoury line that supports the sip and lengthens the finish. It is best served cool, around 10-12 C, to bring out its aromas and structure. It pairs well with blue cheeses, Asian-inspired spiced dishes and fish in sauce, and also works as a structured aperitif for lovers of characterful aromatic whites.
