This Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut Trento DOC from Lona Ester is an elegant, modern sparkling wine with fine, continuous perlage. It is bright straw yellow, with green apple, citron, white flowers and a light bread crust note on the nose. The palate is taut and immediate, with vibrant acidity and savouriness supporting a slender but present structure and a pleasant finish. It suits aperitifs, raw seafood, light fried dishes and vegetable preparations, served cold but not icy.
