Spumante Rose Nature Trento DOC - Lona Ester (12.5%)

A sparkling rosé Nature from Trento with a pale pink colour and fine bubbles. The nose shows ripe small red fruits, a hint of citrus and floral notes over a savoury texture. The palate is dry and vibrant, with balanced acidity and roundness, a slender structure and a light mineral note on the finish. It suits aperitifs, seafood, sushi and fish dishes, as well as delicate cured meats and fresh cheeses.
