A light, elegant red from Trentino. It shows a pale ruby colour with aromas of ripe red fruit, floral notes and light spice. The palate is slim and smooth, with fine tannins and good acidity supporting a medium body. It is best enjoyed young and served slightly cool, around 14 °C, with light aeration. It pairs easily with white meats, mushroom risotto, soft cheeses and delicate cured meats.
