A Müller Thurgau from Trentino with a bright, easy profile and no excess. It opens with light floral notes and fruity hints of green apple and pear, accompanied by a herbaceous touch that keeps the sip taut. The olfactory profile stays fine and clean, with an almost saline sensation on the finish. On the palate it is smooth, with softness in the mid-palate and a discreet persistence leaving citrus memories. There are no notable tannins and the structure stays light but sufficient for simple pairings. Served fresh, it suits seafood starters, composed salads, light pasta or as an aperitif wine.
