A white wine from I Traversi, made from Gewurztraminer under the Trento DOC. It has a vivid aromatic character, with rose petals, exotic fruit, sweet spice and a citrus zest note. On the palate it is rich and enveloping, with soft texture, warmth, freshness and delicate sapidity. It pairs with aromatic and spicy dishes, mildly spicy Asian cuisine, shellfish in rich sauces and flavourful cheeses, and also suits meditation. Serve slightly chilled.
