Giorgi Crudoo Extra Dry Rosé Spumante

A pale pink sparkling wine with a fine perlage and an agile, pleasant sip. The nose brings small red fruits, rose petals and a note of bread crust, with a fresh but not nervous character. The palate is slender, with a soft texture and a discreet sapidity that prolongs the drink without weighing it down. It suits an aperitif or light seafood starters, delicate cured meats, raw fish dishes and light Asian cuisine. Serve around 6–8 °C in tulip glasses.
