Giorgi Spumante Extra Dry Crudoo

A sparkling wine from Giorgi with a fine, regular mousse. It balances a slight residual sweetness with lively freshness, showing aromas of white-fleshed fruit, freshly baked bread crust and delicate floral notes. On the palate it is fresh, medium-bodied and lightly soft, with good sapidity and a pleasant, unobtrusive persistence. It suits aperitifs, light seafood starters, delicate mousse crostini, composed salads, fresh cheeses and lightly fried dishes. Serve well chilled, around 6-8 C, in a glass that highlights freshness and perlage.
