Girlan Chardonnay Alto Adige DOC Marna

A Chardonnay from high-altitude vineyards in Alto Adige, where the cool climate allows slow, harmonious ripening. It shows balanced structure, vibrant acidity and fruity notes of green apple, pear and light citrus. Ageing often takes place in large oak barrels and concrete, adding complexity and roundness without overpowering the freshness. On the palate there is an elegant persistence with mineral hints recalling the mountain terroir. It suits fish dishes, shellfish and white meats.
