A rosé wine from Girlan, grown at 448 metres above sea level in Alto Adige. It is made from a selection of native and international varieties and aged in stainless steel. The nose shows small red fruits such as raspberries and wild strawberries, with a light floral note.
On the palate it is fresh, savoury and light-bodied, with balance between acidity and softness. It pairs with fish dishes, summer salads and relaxed occasions.
