A 42 year old Lowland single grain Scotch whisky from Girvan, distilled in 1979 and bottled in November 2021 by Hunter Laing & Co. for the Sovereign series. It matured in a single refill hogshead and was bottled without chill-filtration or added colour. The outturn was 268 numbered bottles. Girvan's light, creamy grain spirit is described as showing vanilla, soft fruit and gentle spice.
