Glann Ar Mor is an unpeated French single malt from Celtic Whisky Distillerie on the northern coast of Brittany. It is made from Maris Otter malted barley and matured in bourbon casks.
It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle, without chill filtration or added colouring, and has a light gold colour.
The nose is floral and malty, with honey, toffee and subtle saline and iodine notes. The palate is fresh and rounded, with apricot, light vanilla, gentle spice and a distinct maritime saltiness. The finish is fairly long and fresh, with lingering salinity.
