Glassarion is an 11 year old Glenglassaugh single malt bottled by Scotch Universe in a 70cl bottle at 55.1% ABV. It is natural in colour and not chill-filtered.
The spirit was distilled in September 2014 and matured in a first fill Oloroso sherry hogshead before bottling in June 2026.
The nose combines rich sherry and fine vanilla with a subtle maritime note. On the palate, ripe plum and sweet caramel meet oak structure and dark chocolate. The long finish carries a maritime saltiness and lingering dark chocolate.
