The whisky is bottled without added colour and without chill-filtration.
The nose brings homemade shortbread with white sugar, creamy vanilla custard and fruit. The palate is creamy, with green apple and juicy pear, and a touch of white pepper. The finish is of pleasant length, with a hint of blossom honey.
