A 24 year old single malt from Glen Elgin, distilled in 1995 and bottled independently by A.D. Rattray, in a 70cl bottle.
Glen Elgin began distilling in 1900 and joined DCL in 1930 as part of White Horse Distillers. It had no electricity until 1950 and ran on paraffin until then. Its fruity character, a key part of the White Horse blends, also earned it a place as a single malt, with a 12 year old appearing under the White Horse name from the 1970s.
