This is a 12-year-old Glen Grant single malt from Speyside, bottled by Gordon & MacPhail in its Spirit of Scotland series. It was distilled in 2013, matured in a first fill sherry hogshead and bottled in 2026 at a cask strength of 58.9% ABV. The whisky has a dark mahogany colour and no added colouring.
This single cask gave 293 bottles.
The nose offers raisins, red apples and fine ginger. On the palate come stewed fruit, blackcurrant jam and roasted coffee beans. The finish is long and spicy, with orange peel, dark fruit and gentle oak.
