A 30 year old single cask Glen Grant from Speyside, distilled in 1995 and bottled in 2025 by Signatory Vintage under the Symington's Choice label. It was matured in a bourbon barrel, cask 88230, one of two sister casks, and is bottled at 51.2% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill-filtered and of natural colour.
Bright fruit sits at the centre, with soft sweetness, restrained vanilla and gentle spice. The long maturation is described as giving depth and balance without covering the freshness.
