Glen Moray 18 Year Old 2007 Unicorn is a single cask Speyside single malt, distilled in 2007 and bottled in 2026. It matured in a first-fill Pedro Ximénez quarter cask and filled 162 bottles at a natural cask strength of 52.4%. It is natural colour and non-chill filtered. The label shows a unicorn overlooking the town of Elgin and its cathedral, and nods to the Glen Moray presentation tins of the 1980s, 1990s and 2000s, many of which featured imagery inspired by the Royal Highland regiments. Tasting notes mention raisins, figs, dark chocolate, treacle and warming spice, alongside orchard fruits, honeyed malt and citrus.
