Glen Moray Classic is a Speyside single malt from a distillery on the banks of the River Lossie in Elgin. Whisky has been distilled there since 1897 by a small team.
Vanilla, cookie dough, sweet grapes and candy lead the nose, with champagne, butter and vanilla ice-cream. The palate is soft, creamy and floral, with vanilla, oak and cherry blossom, turning earthy at the end. The medium-long finish brings baked mushrooms, chestnuts, cinnamon and creamy fruit.
