A 25 year old Campbeltown single malt from Glen Scotia, bottled in March 2023 at 48.8% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky matured for 24 years in American oak, then spent its final year in bourbon barrels. It is non-chill-filtered and has no added colouring.
The nose has a strong maritime character, like an Atlantic breeze. On the palate come red apple, orange peel, vanilla syrup and caramel, and the finish is long, with sea salt and ground ginger.
