A 7 year old medium peated Campbeltown single malt from Glen Scotia, released for the Campbeltown Malts Festival 2026. It is a limited edition, bottled at 53.9% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky matured in first-fill ex-bourbon casks, then spent six months finishing in first-fill Ruby Port casks. The result is peat smoke alongside a sweetness of red fruit.
The nose brings swirling peat smoke, coastal salinity and creamy vanilla. On the palate are juicy blackberries and red fruits with rich oils, and the finish is soft smoke with a velvet mouthfeel.
