This is a 7 year old Campbeltown single malt from Glen Scotia, bottled as a special edition for the Campbeltown Malts Festival 2026. It is medium peated and comes in a 70cl bottle at 53.9% ABV, non-chill-filtered and with natural colour.
The whisky matured first in first-fill bourbon casks, then spent six months finishing in ruby port casks.
The nose combines peat smoke, blackcurrant and ripe cherry with vanilla and coastal notes. The palate brings dark berries, caramel and creamy fudge, with a fine saltiness, mandarin and dry oak. The finish is long, with smoke, glowing embers, sea salt and soft oak.
