This is the second release in Glen Scotia's annual five-part Icons of Campbeltown series, inspired by the carvings on the Campbeltown market cross. This edition shows Saint Michael defeating a dragon, in artwork by Joel Holtzman, and the whisky was crafted by the distillery's Master Blender. The notes describe a decadently smoky whisky with hints of fiery red candied fruits and berries, and a subtle maritime salinity. The finish is long, ending dry and spicy.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
