This single cask Glenallachie was selected by Billy Walker for Switzerland. It was distilled on 14 August 2012 and matured in a Ruby Port pipe, cask number 7964, before bottling in April 2024 at a cask strength of 59%.
It is natural in colour and non-chill-filtered, and the outturn is 747 bottles.
The colour is an orange sunset. The nose shows ripe red berries, butterscotch and caramelised brown sugar, with raspberries and dark cherry tart. The palate brings orchard fruits, heather honey and coffee liqueur, followed by glazed cherries, ginger and mocha.
