This is the second batch of GlenAllachie 21 Year Old, an annual cask strength release crafted by Billy Walker.
It is made from five Pedro Ximénez sherry puncheons and hogsheads, with the whisky distilled in 1997, 1998 and 1999.
The batch was bottled at 51.1% ABV, and 1,600 bottles were released, each in a 70cl bottle.
