Glenallachie Sherry Wood is a seven-year-old Speyside single malt, distilled in 2014 and bottled in 2021 by Wilson & Morgan for its Barrel Selection. It is bottled at 46%, with an outturn of 1,880 bottles.
The whisky matured in first fill Oloroso sherry butts, which give it a sherry-led character and a dry structure.
Raisins, figs, nuts and dark fruit are typical of this style of cask, alongside dry spice, malt and oak.
