A 15 year old Highland single malt from Glencadam, distilled in 2006 and matured in a single first fill bourbon cask. It is one of 242 bottles, at a cask strength of 60% ABV, in a 70cl bottle.
The bottling was curated by Robert Fleming, who has 50 years of experience as a master distiller.
Glencadam stands in the Burgh of Brechin. Its new make is marked by flowers and pear drops, and when matured in refill American oak the spirit takes on a soft, buttery quality that adds silkiness to the palate.
