A 21 year old Glencadam single malt bottled by Gordon & MacPhail in its Connoisseurs Choice range. It was distilled in April 1987, matured in a refill bourbon barrel and bottled in May 2008 at 43% ABV, in a 70cl bottle. The Connoisseurs Choice range was launched by George Urquhart in the 1960s, when most malts were used in blends. It showcased distilleries that had never before been bottled as single malts, and it has remained popular for more than 35 years.

About Glenbotal

The idea of Glenbotal came to us naturally: as whisky lovers, we were always on the lookout for new experiences in the whisky world. That’s why we created Glenbotal and became our very own first customers. We buy unique and hard to find spirits from ballots and private collections. Then, we share them with a small circle of friends and people who can appreciate a good dram.
