This is a 27 year old single malt from Glencadam in Brechin, distilled in 1996. It was selected by Master Distiller Robert Fleming and matured first in ex-bourbon American oak casks, then finished in Oloroso sherry butts from Jerez, Spain.
The release is limited to 1,691 individually numbered bottles, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It is non-chill filtered and of natural colour.
The nose is described as praline, caramelised almonds and cocoa powder, with cooked fruits and Manuka honey.
