A Highland single malt from Glencadam, finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry butts and bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle.
The whisky is made in small batches by the distillery's Master Distiller. It was first matured in ex-bourbon American oak casks, then married and finished in hand-selected sherry butts from Andalucia, Spain.
The nose offers Christmas pudding, dried figs and dark chocolate with cedar and clove. The palate brings maple syrup, treacle toffee, prunes and maraschino cherries, while the finish runs from cinder toffee, fruit cake and crystallised ginger into cherry jam and espresso coffee.
