GlenDronach – 15 Years Old (70cl, 46%)

GlenDronach 15 Years Old is a Highland single malt in a 70cl bottle, bottled at 46%. The distillery lies in a secluded glen beside the Dronac Burn, deep in the barley-growing country of Aberdeenshire. It took up production again in 2002 under the Benriach group, led by Bill Walker, who set out to restore its reputation for bold whiskies with sherry notes. He also planned to move part of the stocks from bourbon casks into sherry casks.
