Glendronach 15 Years Sherry Cask Matured is a Highland single malt that follows the Glendronach 15 Year Revival. It was matured in Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks and is bottled at 46% ABV in a 70cl bottle, with natural colour.
The nose is intense, with maraschino cherries, blackberries, dark chocolate, mint, orange bitters and walnut liqueur. The palate begins sweetly, with apricots coated in honey, ripe figs, black cherries, angelica root and molasses. The finish is medium in length, with spice, chocolate and ginger.
