Glendronach 21 Years Old is a Highland single malt bottled at 48% in a 70cl bottle. Its maturation took place in Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks sourced from Andalucía, Spain.
The bottle belongs to the distillery's reimagined 2025 range. It is the first in the core premium line to show the updated branding, developed in collaboration with the photographer and director Rankin, and it brings back the age statement after the 21-year-old Parliament was discontinued in 2024.
The nose is rich and layered, with autumnal fruits, candied orange peel and lightly spiced oak. Sherried plum pudding, dark chocolate, dried fruits and warming spice lead the palate, and the finish is very long.
