GlenDronach 26 Years Old 1994 Single Cask 4363 is a Highland single malt distilled on 6 May 1994. It matured for 26 years in an Oloroso sherry puncheon and was bottled in 2020 at 52.8% ABV as part of the Batch 18 single cask releases. The outturn was 692 bottles, and the whisky is natural in colour and not chill filtered.
The colour is a dark treacle. Walnuts and aromatic musk meet earthy blackberry and ginger on the nose, with resinous oak, leather and tobacco. The palate shows rich dark fruit and soft spice with almonds and walnut oil, ending on mandarin and waxed yellow plums. The finish is long, with fruit and spice fading to oak and cocoa.
