Ode To The Dark is a special release from Glendronach, matured in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. It is bottled at 50.8% ABV and comes in a 70cl bottle.
The distillery describes a nose of mocha, black cherry and dark chocolate, leading to crème brûlée with raisin, brown sugar and ginger. On the palate come smooth espresso and crème caramel, folding into black grape and mint chocolate ganache.
