Ode to the Dark is a single malt from GlenDronach, matured in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. It is bottled at 50.8% ABV in a 70cl bottle, without added colouring.
The whisky is a deep black garnet in colour. The nose combines mocha, black cherry, dark chocolate and crème brûlée.
On the palate there are layered notes of espresso, caramel cream, black grape and mint chocolate ganache.
