Glendronach Ode to the Embers is a Highland single malt matured in Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez casks. It is bottled at 48.4% in a 70cl bottle, with natural colour, and pairs spiced sherry character with a touch of peat smoke.
The colour is a glowing amber. The nose brings cinnamon-spiced toffee, caramelised apple and walnut brittle, with flamed orange. On the palate come raisins, walnut honey and blackberry ganache, finished with smoky chocolate fondant.
