GlenDronach Ode to the Valley is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky, bottled at 46.2% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is a tribute to the distillery and its connection to the Forgue Valley.
The whisky was matured in a combination of Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks.
The nose offers ripe plums, dark cherries and spiced fruitcake, with hints of cocoa and oak. The palate is full-bodied, with rich dried fruits, honeyed malt, warm spices and a touch of dark chocolate. The finish is long and velvety, with sherried sweetness and gentle oak.
