GlenDronach – Peated Port Wood (70cl, 46%)

GlenDronach Peated Port Wood is a peated single malt given a final maturation in port pipes from the Douro Valley in Portugal. It is bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle, non-chill-filtered and of natural colour. The idea comes from the nineteenth-century import of port in cask into Scotland. The whisky maker hand-selected the port pipes and combined them to make this expression.
