Glendronach 15 Year Old is a Highland single malt Scotch whisky matured in Spanish sherry casks. Both Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks from the bodegas of Andalusia are used.
The Pedro Ximénez casks give the malt strong fruit aromas, while the Oloroso casks bring a drier, nuttier character. Its deep copper colour comes entirely from the cask maturation.
