A 16 year old single malt from Glenfarclas in Speyside, bottled at 60% ABV in a 70cl bottle and sold under the 105 name.
Glenfarclas was founded in 1836 by Robert Hay and bought by John Grant in 1865. It is still owned by the Grant family. The name is usually rendered as 'valley of the green grassland'.
The distillery works mainly with Oloroso sherry casks, which give its whisky aromas that are prized by malt drinkers around the world.
