Glenfarclas 2007 Christmas is a Speyside single cask single malt from cask number 2671, bottled at 59% ABV in a 70cl bottle. It is an original bottling from the distillery.
Glenfarclas was founded in 1836 by Robert Hay and bought by John Grant in 1865. It is still owned by the Grant family, who alongside the standard range regularly release outstanding single casks and special bottlings.
The name means 'valley of the green grassland', and Oloroso sherry casks are the main casks used at the distillery.
