This is a single cask Glenfarclas from the 2015 vintage, drawn from cask number 7 and bottled by the distillery in a 70cl bottle at 57% ABV.
Glenfarclas is a Speyside distillery, founded in 1836 by Robert Hay and bought by John Grant in 1865. It is still family owned, by the Grants. The name is usually translated as valley of the green grassland, and Oloroso sherry casks are the ones mainly used there.
