Glenfarclas 15 Year Old is a Highland single malt from Glenfarclas, bottled by J&G Grant at 46% in a 70cl bottle. The focus is on sherried notes and flavours, and the spirit is aged for the most part in ex-sherry casks.
The spirit is shaped by slow fermentation, directly fired stills and clear wort. Glenfarclas remains independent and is still run by the descendants of John Grant, who bought the distillery in 1865.
