Glenfarclas 15 Year Old is a Speyside single malt matured entirely in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks. Glenfarclas is one of the few Scottish distilleries still in family ownership, and it draws its water from a small spring in the Ben Rinnes hills. In the glass it is a clear amber. The nose combines sherry, oak and malt with a breath of rum. The palate carries the same elements with real depth, and the finish is long and smooth.
