Glenfarclas 1976 40 Years Old is the sixth and final release in the Family Collector Series from J. & G. Grant. It was launched to mark the 40th birthday of George S. Grant, Sales Director and sixth generation of the family, who was born in 1976.
The whisky was matured in Sherry casks and comes from the last of the 1976 Glenfarclas casks. It was bottled at 43.7%, and 1,500 bottles were produced.
