This is the Summer 2022 Family Cask release from Glenfarclas, a Speyside single malt from 1985, in a 70cl bottle at 41.9% ABV. Glenfarclas was founded in 1836 by Robert Hay and bought by John Grant in 1865. It is still owned by the Grant family, who regularly release single casks and special bottlings alongside the standard range.
Oloroso sherry casks are the main casks used at the distillery.
