A 1991 single malt from Glenfarclas, issued in the Family Cask series in summer 2022. It is bottled at 55.6% in a 70cl bottle. Glenfarclas means valley of the green grassland. The distillery was founded by Robert Hay in 1836 and bought by John Grant in 1865, and the Grant family owns it to this day. Its whisky is matured mainly in Oloroso sherry casks, which give it the aromas valued by whisky enthusiasts.
