The 2008 Family Cask release for Summer 2024 from Glenfarclas, a single malt from Speyside. It is bottled at 57.7% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
Glenfarclas dates from 1836, when Robert Hay founded it, and has belonged to the Grant family since John Grant bought it in 1865. Alongside the standard bottlings, the family offers single casks and special releases. The distillery mainly uses Oloroso sherry casks.
